Refund Policy
Ninety-day guarantee
Every order is covered for ninety days from the delivery date. If you decide against your purchase within that window, email hello@mrpeps.com with your order number and we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email hello@mrpeps.com with your order number and photographs of the item and its outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Email hello@mrpeps.com with your order number. We will confirm the next steps with you directly, including whether the item needs to be returned to us and where to send it.
What this guarantee is not
This policy covers the commercial transaction only. All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use or consumption, and nothing here is a claim about how any product performs.
