Processing and dispatch

Packing

Packing follows the supplier’s specification for the compound and batch you ordered.

Your responsibility on receipt

You are responsible for confirming that receiving a research-use-only compound is lawful at your delivery address before you order.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email hello@mrpeps.com with your order number and we will put it right.
